Starbucks uses a wholy-owned subsidiarity in Switzerland to puchase coffee beans, which are then sold to other Starbucks divisions at an 18% markup.

Thusly, Starbucks shifted $1.3b of profit from the 21% US corp tax rate, to 8.5% in Switzerland.

I'll say this about the refrain to return to publicly-owned Commonwealth services though, noting CICTAR is in part funded by the CPSU, who have campaigned on restoring the CES—you've so far failed to make any sort of case for federal involvement, and I don't see one here.
