When they went to the effort of swapping studios for CITV and it was Central’s responsibility the entire tonight, I never got why they didn’t use Nottingham? Gas Street was only ever designed to house regional news in one studio and nothing more.

Actually they appear to be the Minis, the preschool characters the Brothers McLeod created for us at CITV about 18 years ago.

they shot a couple seasons of SCTV in Edmonton. I drive past the CITV studio where they shot it pretty frequently and my dad always likes to point out that, more often than not, you used to be able to cruise by and see John Candy out in the lot playing hockey with the crew.

The weirdest thing about Woof! is learning that there are multiple Region 1 DVDs of episodes edited into movie format. American kids were clamouring to see CITV low budget live action shows apparently.

I thought CITV dropped it after Return of the Crimson Binome. Though YTV in Canada aired all four seasons, so I don't know the whole story in the UK.
