That's the thing that varies by platform/OS is the keywords used for the emoji, not the CLDR short name. The CLDR short name doesn't necessarily convey the cultural meaning of the emoji the same way the keywords might.

On the Unicode list you shared, the CLDR Short Name would be the most useful information to have, e.g. grinning face, rolling on the floor laughing, magic wand.
