This WAFCON just keeps delivering. As we approach half-time in #CMRNGA, it's the Indomitable Lionesses in the lead thanks to a stunning direct free-kick from teenage centre-back Maéva Nyadjou.

We will have a new champion at WAFCON 2026! Nigeria suffer another shock upset, and this one knocks them out as Cameroon emerge 1-0 victors in the quarter-final. An unbelievable display from goalkeeper Michaely Bihina gets the Indomitable Lionesses over the line. #CMRNGA

I'd be surpirsed if Nigeria don't turn to Asisat Oshoala now. They really need a presence like her in the box. #CMRNGA

Refs for the last two #WAFCON quarterfinals:

🇨🇲 vs 🇳🇬: Antsino “Di María” Twanyanyukwa 🇳🇦

🇲🇼 vs 🇬🇭: Shahenda Saad Al-Maghrabi 🇪🇬
