Germany, Papua New Guinea and Zimbabwe have become the latest nations to ratify the #HighSeasTreaty!

With the Treaty in force, every ratification brings us closer to universal ratification. Ratifying now guarantees these nations a seat at #BBNJCOP1.

３チャンネル放射計のデータだけど地球の熱は反射してるからとか抜かすバカに見せたくないデータ。
・・・いや、もう見ればわかるな。

CO2が非可視光線通って熱になるけど、普通は微々たるので線が連動してる。見た目問題なく見えるんだよ。2018ぐらいまでは見た目わからんでしょ？
1995年のCOP1で温暖化対策しよって始まった頃は差がわかんないレベルなので誤差扱いされるデータだったハズなのに・・いつの間にかこんな事に。

Countries left Ulaanbaatar without resolving one of the talks’ key issues, postponing a decision until the next round of talks in Egypt in two years. The issue had already been deferred at the previous meeting two years ago.

けどまとめ。

日本の平均気温は過去30年分の平均気温。つまり1995年のCOP1初開催日。
地球温暖化ヤベェ！って焦って開催した頃でグラフの目分量だと＋0.7～0.8℃。
そっからの平均気温から去年も今年も＋1度だと。
おいこら。年々上がってるから永遠に＋1度は当たり前！
31年前が対象外になってる！

つまり世界の平均気温のグラフと同じペースで温度上昇するって事。
30年前　＋0.7℃
10年前　＋1.1℃以上
