Problem is it would take 67 (2/3) of seats in Senate; which is near impossible for Dems to achieve. And, FBI/DOJ are far too corrupt to even investigate Trump crime family or any cronies. So legal justice isn’t possible nor likely unless/until Dems win POTUS in 2028, and honor is returned to DOJ/FBI
