They were tried in a #COURTofLAW and found guilty of the charges! There is video evidence that was presented in court.

has had NO Real Evidence presented in a #CourtOfLaw to show He has Ever Committed a Crime. I read All the #LIES #FoxSpewed out at the #Stupid&IgnorantMAGAts in April, from the Two #FakeBlondeBarbies At The Mics with #OfficialWH & #IOfficialDOJ Plaques hanging behind them as they Spewed LIES!

The #USMilitary paused #SexualAssault prevention training in order comply with Donald #Trump's order on #DEI, so is a pause on preventing sexual assault worth it because Trump does not know what DEI stands & couldn't define it in a #CourtOfLaw?

#sexualharrasment #sexualviolence #assault #violence

That being said, I'm in favor of the #ReasonableDoubt standard for criminal convictions. If it's a matter of depriving a person of their rights and freedoms, and even imprisoning them, then their #accusers should be obliged to prove their accusations are true #BeyondReasonableDoubt in a #CourtOfLaw.

You're the one who chimed in here saying:

"She won her case. She is no longer an accuser."

I'm responding to that questionable claim by pointing out that an #accuser doesn't stop being an accuser just because they win their case. Their #accusations are accepted as being true in a #CourtOfLaw.

It is precisely because I know damn well words have connotations that I caution against saying or suggesting that a person is not an #accuser after their #accusations have been upheld by a #CourtOfLaw.

One must be an accuser to bring someone to court, whether it's a #CriminalTrial or #CivilLawsuit.

I'm not convinced that a person stops being "an accuser" when their #accusations are upheld in a #CourtOfLaw, or in any other process that validates their accusations.

Certainly they are an #accuser prior to any #CourtRuling.

Does being "a court recognized victim" mean one is no longer an accuser?
