CP504 is not just another bill. The biggest mistakes owners make: assume no action means no risk, call the IRS without a strategy, take it personally, wait until cash flow takes the hit.All four shrink your options.#CP504 #TaxDebt

CP504 looks generic. It isn't. It's a timing trigger. Paying immediately isn't always right if it waives rights or kills your leverage.Early action preserves options. Late action just forces compliance on the IRS's terms.#CP504 #TaxStrategy

The IRS doesn’t call first.

If you got a CP504 notice, you’ve already ignored 3 warnings.

This one means they’re ready to levy your wages or drain your bank account.

Your file isn’t on someone's desk. It’s moving through their system fast.

People. Do not ignore IRS letters! They will not go away. Instead, they will morph into the dreaded "Intent to Levy" CP504 notice.

Instead, respond to the letter. Even if you can't pay. This gets people directly involved and can slow or stop the process. Seriously.

I’m a tax pro and just handled a CP504 IRS letter for a client.

This is the Hammer of Thor letter, sent after multiple previous IRS letters have not been responded to. It is Intent to Levy.

I implore you all. Do not ignore IRS letters! Respond to them within the time limit and manner requested.
