Why can't their customers leave? It's a pain to change CRMs or to go from one uber-vendor to multiple specialist ones, but it definitely happens...

This will look like slick middleware that seamlessly hooks CRMs to Claude, gmail to GPT-5 etc, etc.
UX will be great & founders well-meaning.

As soon as my title changed to "Director" on LinkedIn, the deluge of people trying to sell me CRMs and AI tools really exploded. Just a long stream of ads and DMs for SaaS products that all do the same thing and friend requests from "business development executives."
