To prevent infection we must open windows in shared air spaces, use hepa air purifiers or crboxes. Wear an ffp2 respirator. Of course vaccinate to reduce severity, if you can access one.

When it comes to cleaning indoor air, I build my own #CRboxes but I've also tested them against Ikea units (uppatvind and fornuftig). My CRboxes clean air of PM2.5 faster, but the Ikea units work really well and are cheaper overall. That's why I recommend buying the Ikea units.

If I could go back in time to speak to myself one year ago, then I would say, " You have always been doing the right thing by wearing your Q100 at work, and cleaning the indoor air with #CRboxes."
I would've also said to get a Doppler ultrasound of my neck & legs. It might have prevented my MI.

In our classroom, we have a central mechanical filtration system with MERV-13 filters, and a variety of #CRboxes spread throughout the room. We always have our windows and door open all day. We average about 90% PM2.5 removal throughout the day. Definitely helps reduce airborne pathogen spread.
