What's especially neat was that this was being downloaded/streamed from CSDB to our C64 via the Wic64 userport WiFi modem that arrived earlier this week.

One of its core out-of-the-box features is a CSDB browser with search-and-run functionality.

This lovely #PETSCII LCP artwork can also be found on CSDb. SOme nice touches in there... Also, it should be noted that Zzap!'s overall Gold Medal scoring 97% for LCP was reduced some 3.5 years later to 82% for the Ricochet £1.99 budget release on tape. Quite a bit stripped down...

Nice little bit of Fan Art from CSDb. Also, it should be noted that there is a UK/EU + US version of Flying Shark / Sky Shark. Video incoming, but @fuzzweed.co.uk might like both of them. If he does, I can drop the files in our Secret Online Repository..? I think I prefer Sky Shark.

The game was released too early for any real mag reviews, so here is some more modern fan art from CSDb. Both of these "types" of gremlin can be found in the Atarisoft game. Which, was actually quite a neat concept for 1984!

WIR sind das bunte Hinterland! Gemeinsam für ein queeres und vielfältiges Ostdeutschland Gemeinsame Erklärung ostdeutscher CSDs und Pride-Veranstaltungen 2025 Im Jahr 2024 gab es mehr “Christopher Street Day”-Veranstaltungen in Deutschland als je zuvor. Gerade in kleinen Städten schlossen sich viele Menschen zusammen, um ein Zeichen für die Rechte queerer Menschen im ländlichen Raum zu setzen. Doch die Realität ist besorgniserregend: Die Bedrohungen durch rechtsextreme Akteure in den östlichen Bundesländern haben in den letzten Jahren stark zugenommen. Im Jahr 2024 wurden in 27 Städten rechtsextreme Mobilisierungen gegen unsere CSD-Veranstaltungen dokumentiert, in einigen Fällen mit bis zu 700 gewaltbereiten Neonazis. Als Antwort darauf haben wir ein Netzwerk ostdeutscher CSDs und Prides gegründet. Im März 2025 trafen sich engagierte Menschen in Berlin, um gemeinsam über die praktische Umsetzung queerer Veranstaltungen, Mobilisierung und Sicherheit zu sprechen. Das Signal ist klar: Wir zeigen Präsenz mit Zuversicht. Wir sind vorbereitet und wir sind nicht allein. Wer wir sind Als queere Menschen und gesellschaftlich Engagierte in Ostdeutschland sind wir vielfältig. Wir organisieren große und kleine CSDs, wir leben in Städten und auf dem Land, wir sind jung und alt, wir haben unterschiedliche Hintergründe und Erfahrungen. Wir sind lesbisch, schwul, bisexuell, trans*, inter*, nicht-binär und queer – wir leben in Regenbogenfamilien, in Partner*innenschaften und Ehen, allein oder in alternativen Familienmodellen. Uns eint die Überzeugung: Unsere Vielfalt ist unsere Stärke. Wir halten zusammen – nicht nur, weil wir Angriffen auf diese Vielfalt so besser begegnen können, sondern auch, weil uns gemeinsame Träume verbinden. Siehe vorheriger Alt-Text
