Yeah there's no more clear indicator that such a policy exists than this. CSRs don't do shit unless they are told to.

Update on the call center situation: I'm starting to see people getting jubilant about getting a CSR to break down on them. Y'all. Come on. The CSRs are not your enemy. We NEED to be kind to service workers.

I bring it up when talking to CSRs even.
If you are a straight, cis person and you feel that fucking knot in your stomach about what the administration is doing right now to trans people and trans children, you have to at the very fucking least say out loud in front of your friends and peers in real life "this is fucked up."

1) There is a grey market candy swapping racket between janitors, TSA agents, CSRs, and everyone else who has to stand someplace all day at the airport.
Hi-chews, sour candies, and gummy anything are in highest demand.

I tried a Waymo for the first time this evening. It could not move an inch. A series of two CSRs spoke to me over the intercom, both failed to move it, and they finally sent out a technician to climb in and drive me to my hotel. 🤷🏼♂️

Yes, the people who say we're going to hurt innocent CSRs are correct about one thing: call times matter. Our goal at ICVerify was five minutes or less, and that's knowing that some calls would be three hours+. It's all about the averages.

Cost-sharing reductions (CSRs) are financial assistance provided under the Affordable Care Act to help lower out-of-pocket costs like deductibles and copayments for eligible individuals. To qualify, your income must be within a certain range. ACA did it already.

Long before much of the technology and advanced therapies we use today were invented.
Plus, almost all are based on primary care gatekeepers. Will Americans accept this ?
And realize, that a third of country is already under single payer (Medicaid, Medicare, ACA with CSRs, ER care )

It is equal parts funny and depressing that UPS had added a disclaimer to their tracking page that amounts to "please don't harass our CSRs, we're not hiding the super secret tracking info from you, this is literally all the information we have"

The sixth set of Byrd droppings is out and WOW - huge and COSTLY loss for Republicans.
Loan repayment changes can only be for new borrowers, and they lost on CSRs, can’t add new Hyde language, plus other stuff.
