Pretty sure one of the @cta employees was smoking pot in their car as they were illegally blocking the bike lane. @CTAFails

On the @cta Blue Line and there is no heat in this car. It is 31F. I can see my breath. If I wanted to be this cold, I would have biked to work. @CTAFails
