Also, I forgot to mention, I got a new tablet! The previous one can now retire after years of use. I can also use my arm to draw instead of only the wrist 🙌 (I jumped to an XP Pen Deco Pro MW 2nd gen from a Wacom Intuos CTL4100 Small)

A stack of pen tablets. From left/bottom to top right, we have the Wacom PTH651, Wacom CTL4100, Wacom PTK471, and XP-Pen Deco 640. An Osu-edition CTL472 is on the way and I'm waiting for Huion to release a Gen 3/Pen Tech 4.0 screenless tablet. Maybe it'll happnlen this year.

Is she looking to draw on a desktop computer/laptop? If so, I highly recommend the Wacom CTL4100 - it's a basic (but reliable!) lil tablet that won't break the bank!

As for software, Gimp is f2u & easy to pick up. I've heard good things about FireAlpaca too!

Eu usei uma huion display há uns anos atrás e não me adaptei com esse tipo de tablet... Há uns 10 anos uso wacomzinha ctl4100 de 300-400 reais profissionalmente, confortável, sem vontade de mudar de ferramenta... sl se to me limitando, mas n tem como investir 4 ou 5 digitos 💸 em algo q posso odiar 😭

My tablet/pen is behaving like the pen is infinite clicking just by hovering the pen over the tablet. Someone knows if it can be fixed or it's over and I need a new one? :T
