The NWS issued a flood advisory for Harris, Chambers, Fort Bend, and Liberty until 6:30 pm. The heavy rain, plus additional rain expected for the rest of tonight, will cause minor urban and small stream flooding.

Dolly is now a remnant low lasting about 24 hours as a tropical storm before dissipating Friday morning.

There will still be impacts, though. Heavy rain is anticipated Saturday into Sunday for Leeward Island where flash flooding is a concern.

Oak is now our top contender in the tree category. It has more than quadrupled since Monday! Mold has gone down some. It now sits at medium.
