Quite a shame this. I do have a bit of a soft spot for the Pakistan Women's team. The T20 fixture between them and England at Headingley in 2024 was genuinely one of the most pleasant atmospheres I have encountered in sport.

Only thing is that if India had won that game, knowing this management they wouldn't have brought back Jemimah after unfairly dropping her in the first place. That would have mostly meant we wouldn't have won this either... #CWC25 🏏
Yep. But they learned from the Eng game. If Smriti had stayed out back then, a similar chase would have happened. The moment you lose your set bat, and have a batter less too, things change. Jem staying through helped others to play around her.

Aus 338 all out. India definitely pulled things back but still Aus being Aus have gotten to an above par total. Dew might be a factor in making it more achievable though. India are a batter short too, so the top order needs to step up. Now it's up to them!! #CWC25 🏏 #AUSvIND

India did dominate whatever play that happened, but it would be Pratika's injury would be a headache. Also maybe it's a bit nitpicking, but would have liked them to go for it like, we will try and get this in 12 overs, ofcourse that might have meant loss of wickets but so be it! #CWC25 🏏
