Add in some financial mismanagement, a terrible CPL deal which CWI are locked in until 2063, the issue of having to import everything and a declining US dollar value.
Then there's the BCCI halving IPL availability payments in 2020 which has cost CWI $4.5M in revenue over the last 6 years.

And if all that wasn't bad enough there is the structural problem of having to deal with 15 separate governments on a group of islands with a total population of 6M people.
While many boards are struggling, the unique set of circumstances surrounding CWI has turned it into an existential threat.
