Considering Louisiana’s history of extreme rainstorms, Arthur’s deluge was quite a feat: “If the 23.35” rainfall report at the CWOP site at Plaucheville, LA is verified, it will set a new 24-hour rainfall record for the state of Louisiana. Nearly all of this rain fell in only 6 hours.”
Of course Arthur (such as it was) played a key role in the devastating flooding in MS/LA, but to me the bigger story was the off-the-charts moisture. And that moisture also contributed to suffocating heat indices across TX on Thursday. tinyurl.com/ms6kjts4

We NEED a good toy of this design. It's my favourite "regular earth" Optimus design that IDW conjured up. I had the upgrade kit on CWOP & sort of regret selling that.
