You can sure tell the difference when they're close together, Cackling are much smaller (compared to the 3 Canada Geese leading them on) on a soccer field in Burnaby, BC Canada.
Their vocals are very much difference too. The Canada Geese honking changed to cackling!

I went looking for Snow Geese but found #SandhillCranes instead!
