The Data Centers will have a fun time with CalEPA...I tell you for a fact, they are ruthless...even came down on a state agency I worked for.

CalEPA predates the Clean Air Act, so this bill is likely to end up in the same graveyard as all the others Republicans have run up the flag pole over past decades.

I've been involved in removal of PFAS from public water systems (usually contaminated wells) starting in 2016 and still ongoing in 2026. We had a moderate amount of support from EPA grants and lawsuits. Fortunately my work is in California, so CalEPA with still fund projects locally.

Agree, present administration has abandoned the global climate change treaty "Paris Agreement" adopted by 195 nations in 2015.

Trump has taken power at the federal EPA, reversing protected regulations, no safeguarding rails.

California overseen their own Environment Protection Agency (CalEPA)
Between extreme radiation levels and temperatures, there are no suitable planet within our reach. Better concentrate on what we have.

California EPA just closed my complaint about the disgusting pollution flowing into Saratoga/San Tomas creek around Scott Blvd -- & where I cited my Citizen Suit against Apple & Santa Clara -- because Santa Clara said there's no pollution occurring & CalEPA said: "sure, ok, you're not conflicted."

I filed complaints about the pollution in Saratoga/San Tomas Creek (around the outfall upstream from Scott Blvd in Santa Clara), with US EPA, California EPA, & Santa Clara Valley Water. CalEPA & Valley Water confirmed they're investigating & Valley Water said they are going to make a site visit.
I visited San Tomas Aquino/Saratoga Creek today next to Apple's skunkworks chip fab (at Scott Blvd in City of Santa Clara). The creek water was bubbling, frothy, discolored, filled w/ trash, & generally polluted again. I took more field tests with high pH, alkalinity, & TDS again.
