So unbelievably distressing for a child and the people who love him. So much for United Nations Convention on the rights of the Child ( incorporation)( Scotland) Act 2025 which protects children’s rights in Scotland? Scotland’s shame.

A 7yr old Autistic child shut alone in a room at school.
He was given paper towels and told to clean up after himself after he urinated and defecated in there.
They gave him a plastic carrier bag for the paper.
There's also a video that is too distressing to share.

He threw a Clementine at the teacher and it hit her on the head.
NO record injuries to child after 4 members of staff restrained him. Teacher unhurt.
