Girls 15–17 — this one’s for you!

#CampCinder is back in 2025 with free, four-day firefighter camps in Shasta and San Luis Obispo. Led by women firefighters, it’s a high-energy, confidence-building experience: rope work, water rescues, hose lays, teamwork, and real fire service skills.

Earlier today, these girls traded their jerseys for helmets and toured CAL FIRE’s Aviation Program. The Golden Valley High School (Merced) Girls Varsity Basketball team got a firsthand look at the wide range of careers within CAL FIRE. 🏀
