A cat has moved in to Prospect Park's Camperdown Elm. StreetEasy lists it as a $1200 studio with limited amenities but great park views.
The Camperdown Elm in Prospect Park, a beautiful, gnarled elm that is over 100 years old and clearly dying. It's hollowed out and the branches have artificial support to keep them from collapsing. My Camperdown elm is beginning to show signs of stress from the sun.

You can tell by the colours, it’s very yellowish and the leaves are curling. Clear sign of the lack of moisture.
