Millions of Californians are breathing cleaner air thanks to CA's Community Air Protection Program. In 19 communities, #CapAndInvest dollars helped reduce:
✅27,000 tons of air pollution
✅293,000 metric tons of greenhouse gases

Today, CARB adopted updates to California’s #CapAndInvest Program to help keep the state on track toward its 2030 and 2045 climate goals while supporting affordability, jobs, and clean energy investment. 🌎

The updated program is expected to take effect September 1.
