It’s a long term plan that aims to provide more in the future. We needed it and need it now. Affordable housing / they’ve done nothing on that. Absolutely nada, zip. Being a fan of an idea that’s yet to be realised is one thing. #Homelessness is quite another. #CapRentsNow #auspool

If they abolish the incentives for investors on housing, which I think they should, it would likely see housing being sold as some investors seek to divest and reinvest elsewhere. More people on average incomes would be able to buy and rents, with new supply increase would come down. #CapRentsNow 😎

Rental affordability for #JobSeekers is now non-existent. Australia we have an enormous problem. #Housingcrisis. Rental prices are up in most capital cities and Sydney and Perth prices place people on the median income in #rentalstress. Increase CRA and #CapRentsNow #auspol #HousingForAll 🏡
