This is a stupid approach on at least 2 levels. 1) Lowering costs would be nice, but is not easily done even if we had the Presidency as well as Congress. And 2) accountability is THE #1 issue. Failure to impeach and/or prosecute Trump's co-conspirators will be viewed as capitulation.
