caraowo doodles I was certain I posted already but then I couldn't find them so #oc #yuri
An assortment of doodles I drew of Carad and Owou. The left bottom doodle is a simple doodle of Carad, the doodle above that is a doodle of Owou talking to Carad and saying "don't you have like a life or something?" with an arrow pointing to her that says 100% genuine, Carad looks defeated. Right of that is a doodle of Carad like swinging Owous arm, to the right of that is a doodle of Owou holding Carad up like a cat. Below that is a doodle of Carad and Owous first meeting, Owou pointing at something while yelling and Carad looking confused. To the right of that is a doodle of Owou sniffing randomly, then a frame below that Owou turns around and says "I smell maggot" Anansi responds "wow really?!? gross" while obviously thinking of real maggots, a thought bubble next to Owou shows shes thinking of Carad (she is mean to her because I think its funny) Above that is a doodle of transformed Owou snarling

late night akan doodalzz #ocs #doodle #comic #yuri
some doodles of my ocs Owou and Carad, One shows Owou instructing Carad to be sure to order her burger with no vegetables and then in the next doodle it shows her eating the burger alone with out the buns as Carad looks at her sort of concernedly. To the right shows a doodle of Owou in her animal form chasing Ejo around as Carad in the foreground thinks to herself matter-of-factly "I'm starting to think my boss might not be human..." a doodle comic about Owou losing her glasses, it reads as follows: Owou runs into a wall Carad: woah! Owou: ... my glasses. Carad: uh... I haven't seen them... so... you actually have bad vision? Owou: ...yes I *actually* have bad vision... why else wear them Carad: idk, I always figured it was for some emo creature reason like hiding your eyes or something Owou: I just can't see Carad: I mean, can't you just shapeshift better eyes? Owou stares blankly at Carad Owou: PSh... "just shapeshift better eyes"... tsk... Carad sighs a lil irritated: right... Another lil comic shows Anansi proudly holding Owous glasses while stating "now that I've procured Owous glasses she can't possibly find me!" Ejo retorts while mindlessly scrolling on her phone "can't she just sniff you out still" Anansi has no reply...

warm up doodles #3
doodles of my OCs Owou and Carad, in the bottom right theres a doodle of Carad explaining something and Owou nodding along and theres an arrow pointing to Carad that says "describing gruesome workplace accidents" and another arrow pointing to Owou that says "deeply invested" More doodles, mostly of Owou, on the right there's a little diagram of Owou's facial expressions for feeling neutral, devastated, ecstatic and furious but all of them look completely identical. a couple tiny doodles of Carad and a doodle of Owou glaring and Anansi and him looking horrified doodles of Carad and other members of the Akanverse cast. On the right is a doodle of Anansi exuding annoying energy and Adzo thinking to herself "I gotta get OUTTA here..." Doodles of my oc Roulette, next to my first doodle of her I say "ITS ROULETTE!!! WOOOO everyone cheered!!!" this is to exclaim my excitement and drawing Roulette cuz I haven't in awhile lmao

now Owou and Carad are here yaaaaay
a ref line up of all 4 of my main Akanverse ocs, from left to right they are: Owou, Carad, Anansi, and Ejo The Anansi and Ejo drawings are the same as in the above image but this time Owou and Carad are also in the line up. Carad is shorter than Anansi but taller than Ejo and has middle tone skin, Carad has short locs that are pushed to the front to form bangs that are dyed a sort of caramel color, her hair is darker at her roots and on the lower back of her head where there are no locs. Carad wears a simple suit thats sort of lazily thrown on, her white dress shirt has the color flipped up and she wears a black blazer that is a slightly different black than her pants. She wears comfortable tennis shoes and has her arms crossed in a proud and pompous expression. Owou is tall towering over the rest of the cast with a neutral expression and her hands resting in her pockets. She has long straight dark hair and wears a long dark coat to match. Her skin tone is lighter than Carads by a tone or two. She too wears a dress shirt but the collar is folded down normally, although the top button is not buttoned. She has matching color pants and dark dress shoes.

late night silly posting #doodle #comic #oc
doodle comic of my Akanverse OCs, it reads as follows Carad: "so like- what pronouns do you use?" Owou: "...I don't know, whatever, its all the same to me..." "I mean, gods don't care about superficial human concepts like gend-" Anansi, shouting from across the way: "I DO!" (continued in next image) continuation of the doodle comic, reads as follows: Owou and Carad stare at Anansi blankly as Anansi cheerfully continues "I change mine AT LEAST every 100 years!!!" "my favorite superficial human concept right now is 'memes' ! Ejos been showing them to me!" Owou is frozen stiff and Carad simply replies with a blank "waow."

ridiculousness #doodle #oc #akanverse #yuri
doodles of my Akanverse OCs. The first is a comic of Carad fake tripping in front of Owou, going all "oooohhhh I am fallingg oh nooooo" super fakely presumably in attempt to get Owou to like catch her or something but instead Owou just backs off. Carad stares at her pensively and then hops towards her while, now more assuredly, saying "I'M. FALLING." to which Owou just continues to back away. A couple silly doodles of Carad, then a doodle of Owou talking to Ejo, an arrow points to Owou that says "confiding in Ejo because she has no friends" then Owou saying "I mean, doesn't she get tired of being weird all the time?" Ejo replies "y...yea..." there is an arrow pointing to Ejo that says "frozen with fear" Then theres a doodle of Anansi and Carad grinning at eachother with text over it that says "Nyame made us enemies since they knew we'd be too strong as besties"
