Haha, barely a recipe! Get a French loaf, and cut into thicker slices than you normally would. Needs to be thick enough that when you cut a little slot in the middle of the bottom there’s still room top & bottom. Wiggle a blunt knife up there, then carefully stick a Caramilk square in there as close
