#artfight attack on @gaussbarrels.art!
Love this bnuuy.
Probably won't manage to get any other attacks done this year but two is a good start for my first go at it.

My first ever #artfight piece! An attack on @ladysplitchin.bsky.social of her adorable kobold Fing! Her videos last year are what inspired and motivated me to want to do artfight this year so seemed a good place to start!

#Nightwing for Anonymous donor from my charity livestream!
Tried some new stuff with this one. Pretty happy with how it came out. Mans are definitely not my forte but I think I captured him well.

I don't have a lot to say on this one. Fun interesting character with a nice muted color palette. I like how this one came out.

Two FFXIV comms for the same person. I LOVE these two. Such fun characters to work on with fun compositions. I like to think I got better with XIV armor details during these two. Also that background on the 2nd one I'm still impressed with myself for.

HUMAN ARTISTS, use one piece to convince people to follow you
How about something on the slightly more recent side for once. Honestly one of my favorite compositions for one of my stained glass pieces.

Commissions for @t1g-vt.bsky.social (who I'm not sure uses this platform much, can also find them on twitter). This may be my most complex series in this style yet and I'm pretty happy with how they came out. After months of work it's nice to see this project done!

I haven't posted much in the way of recent work in a bit because I've been working on this huge stained glass style commission piece over the last few weeks. It's coming along really well & we should be doing color this week.

If you see this, post a sword.
Looking through my stuff turns out that outside of Swordtember I don't do many swords. I should fix that...
An older stained glass piece but still one that I'm super proud of.

A Birthday gift for my good friend @martineei.bsky.social
They're one of the best people I've had the pleasure of knowing over the years & always loved their character.
I'm pretty proud of how this came out & hope I managed the "cryptid caught on trail cam" vibe I aimed for.

Personal project where I wanted to use an unused pose from a previous comm to make a new character but then a friend pointed out it was very Rose coded (my d&d character at the time). So I mirrored it and made them a pair. Soon as I was done I went "they're girlfriends now."

Finally making progress on the charity stream reward stained glass pieces. Not 100% sure on the border color but overall I'm happy with how this one is turning out.

Okay lets get to posting some more old art!
The first of a decent few commissions for FFXIV characters done in this style. I have such a love hate relationship with how detailed weapons and armor of the game are.

My first and so far only comm that was asked to be at a higher sort of desktop background resolution instead of the usual tarotcard size I do. Lots of details here, had a ton of fun with the border. Might have overdone it in some places but still mostly happy with this one.

Last year I started once again doing stained glass portraits with some fanart for JoCat's Heart of Elynthi campaign. When I did that first piece I never expected the reception I got to them and I'll always be thankful to the whole Elynthi crew for the opportunities that followed.

Slight alternates for the Rose and Fleur paired pieces with the backgrounds changed to gradients of their pride flags. I don't think I posted this one as many places. Some elements get lost a bit visually due to similar colors but I do think they look pretty showing their pride.

Getting back to uploading some old art from last year. Gonna try to pair a few of these up to try and get all my stained glass style pieces up on here. So many interesting characters came to my inbox and I had a lot of fun with each one. Playing with poses and colors and the style.

I'm still really proud with how the rainbow effects came out on this one. Was also good practice in how to do clouds in this style too. I often look back on this one for various reasons, I learned a lot with this piece.

I find it interesting that different people came to me with similar but opposing themes back to back. This coming right after literal rainbows of color made it a unique challenge on the other end of the spectrum. Tons of detail to work out too. Visually little busy but still works.
