“You lied to me, Elan,” said Tyson, gruff and heavy with the harrowed disappointment only a father could muster against a child caught with his hand in a cookie jar. “He doesn’t taste like Takis at all.”

make a pact with me! swear that you will post. cringe. every! day!

"Do you think they were always Like That? So saccharine? So... cringe?" whispered Owyn, lips ticking the Ninetales' ear. "Owyn, you're dating us," countered Calill. She elbowed him, jangling the fastenings on his harness. Elan looked aghast to Calill. "Babe, does that make us cringe, too?" "Babygirl, we've always been cringe," snorted Calill. She took Elan's wrist and tugged it to the bust of her favorite dress, the one with the spaghetti straps crossed over her chest in a five-point pattern. "See the pentagram? Yeah, put your hand on the pentagram! Make a pact with me right now that you will post. Cringe. Every. Day!" "Every! Single! Day!" chanted the 'Nines. Elan and Calill curled over themselves with stifled laughter. Owyn smirked despite himself. "There are waaaaay less elaborate ways to get someone to touch your boobs." "C'mere" growled Cal. She yanked Owyn's wrist fluff and pressed his hand hand against her chest. His hand was so huge it completely enveloped Elan's. The firedog squeezed so that Elan's fingers were squished into his girlfriend's breast. Her whiptail swished across the bedspread.

also I've updated the Faggot Pentagram so we can see Calill as her true self! She's so prettttttty!

#CatchingCinders #AlethiaWrites
a blank pentegram diagram with the polyamory flag in the middle, designed to fill in the lines with different colors to represent how different people in a polycule relate to each other --green = fulfillment: the character's relationships is based on helping each other meet life goals and supporting them in the tasks of day to day life. they could be career or creative goals. they make each other feel accomplished and proud. --yellow = energy: the characters can rely on the other to help recharge them when they're feeling drained or demotivated. for these couples, a kiss is a better pick-me-up than a cup of coffee. --pink = sexual: these characters fuck good and get along well. it's pretty simple. some might call this the "Glorified FWB category" but good chemistry and a roll in the hay can go a long way. --blue = security: these characters lean on each other when they need to let their guard down, explore new things, or need a sense of assurance. being vulnerable is hard and having someone you love and trust to be vulnerable with is important.

Apologies, but I'm going to have to delay the next #CatchingCinders chapter. I've had some personal life things happen and I've had no time to finish editing. I should have the chapter out by the weekend, and i have the following chapters edited already, so this should not be a significant delay

i'm very blessed to have people who gush directly to me about #CatchingCinders.

but I'm most proud of how I wrote Aideen and Calill. they're the characters who have the least going on in the source material and drawing out their deeper selves really helped elevate my writing.

Elan is unironically proud of being a slut. Also he's a really good seamstress and can alter/make his own clothes. he's going to college as a theater major and wants to specialize in costuming and props.
