Blue mussels!

Fall is a great time to eat shellfish cause they're starting to store up fat for the winter. You'll get nice, plump mussels and oysters at this time of year at your local restaurants.

This fish goes by several different names, but no matter the name, it's delicious! The tail section yields a loin comparable to lobster in taste. Its mild flavor and texture can be sautéed, grilled, or stewed and still hold up!

This is a great fish to cook whole, with small bones. You can feel good eating it as well, as it's verified under our Gulf of Maine Responsibly Harvested ecolabel.
