#CellPhe
Fun talking at #MM2025 in Salt Lake City. #CellPhe getting a brief introduction alongside how projects are using #SRM, #QPI through to spatial omic approaches.
Thx @welcome trust and @ukri.org BBSRC for funding.

Keeping it simple and affordable, so no fluorescence on our adaption. But we can still do a lot of research label-free, and we have new analysis hopefully coming that will help even further with @piximi-official.bsky.social and #CellPhe

We've published a new Open Research in Practice case study, based on a project from the Dept of Biology we awarded back in 2023 👇

@laurawiggins13.bsky.social used open approaches in their PhD to develop a toolkit for cell phenotyping, using time-lapse imaging and pattern recognition 🦠

The toolkit was developed in R for accessibility and to broaden its potential user base. A manual and demonstration video were created as a guide through installation and usage 👩‍💻

An #openaccess paper describing the toolkit was also published in @naturecomms.bsky.social: doi.org/10.1038/s414... 📃🔓
