Welp. One spinal surgery for the year down. Complete fusion from C5-C7. Staying overnight at the hospital for needed pain management monitoring but hopefully will discharged tomorrow. Growing old sucks. #spinalsurgery #cervicalspine #cervicalfusion #chronicpain

Yesterday marked one week since my #ACDF surgery. I'm doing okay, overall. My voice is still not back to normal because they had to move my vocal cords around to get to my spine, but at least I still have one? This brace is uncomfortable and I loathe it. It makes it hard to sleep. #cervicalfusion
With only six days to go, we've arrived to six boxes of tube feed formula! I sincerely hope my gastroparesis will vastly improve after my #cervicalfusion, so I can finally eat again!
