The Witch of Calamity from Champions of Rakugan, painted as Koh the Facestealer from Avatar the Last Airbender.
I freely admit that this mini was one of the main reasons I backed the Gamefound campaign

A large Samurai turned into a Crab, its armor merged with its carapace. Its right arm turned into a crab claw, in his left he wields a giant chain flail. Its eyes glow with the same corrupted magic that glows from cracks in the ground surrounding the collapsed roof it stands on Handpainted mini front A large Samurai turned into a Crab, its armor merged with its carapace. A young woman in a purple and grey Kimono and wooden sandals. She is holding a scroll in her left hand, wearing a medallion around her neck and an ornate dagger in her belt sash. Her black hair is styled in buns and braids. Around her, streams of blood flow off the ground, gathering in her right hand, as well as floating a skull above her left shoulder. A desiccated corpse of a man with bones shining through remains of bloody muscles and sinews. He wears tattered green and beige robes and wooden sandals. He is reading from a scroll, wind is blowing his long white horseshoe-hairline mane, tattered cloth and the red and grey smoke rising around him.
