Labored 2h making this single silk petal.
I could not get the wire to stay! Finally did get it working but I don’t think I did it right.
Anyway, good practice at least. I’ll study more videos to deconstruct better techniques! 😤

Das spannende Detail werden vermutlich Chanhua Blumen oder Wolken 🤔 evtl Stick ich aber auch Patches mit der Stickmaschine 🤔
(Wobei generell erst mal sehen wie sehr es mich stört wenn die Jacke vernäht is, das dauert auch noch etwas weil Prüfungen)

Ahh, this is super cool! I've been looking at ronghua and chanhua lately and both are so pretty, and ronghua especially looks so delicate. Such a beautiful artform! Love those details and it amazes me when I see gorgeous hand-embroidery and fine touches like those flowers. Lovely!!

Finally got my cutting machine working!
I did not expect I’d be installing ImageMagick and Potrace and converting images using the command line, but it was easier than learning how to make those weird shapes in a vector program so I’m taking it as a win.
