Giving my #2 Strategic and #3 Input strengths a workout this morning with some research. #charactertraits #conflictpoints #cliftonstrengths Hopefully, it will distract the part of me that worries.

Finished designing my third postcard set for @cozycollectiveak and I’m excited to share these three sets of six postcards with you!

Nine weeks of hard work paid off! My students created wearable masks, using animal metaphors to explore and express their character traits while reflecting on their identity.

6. Now we're going to add an easy way to grab a character's set of traits in code by modifying the CharacterTraitsStore script. For my game, it was most convienient to look up traits by the character's name.

4. For each character, instantiate a instance of the character trait node. Then add each node to the array of CharacterTraits in the inspector.

3. Create new node called CharacterTraitsStore and attach a new script to it. The key part of this new node is that it contains an exported Array of CharacterTraits.

2. Attach a script, name it anything.
This is where you store the traits. These would be things like the color the character's dialog is or their portrait texture.

Go back to the editor and build the project. You should see the new fields in the inspector. Don't fill out any of these fields yet.
