Hypothetical: you live in SE VA. Your parents have recently been relocated to rural Montana.
When you renewed your liscense, everything suggested VA was only issuing Real IDs, but that wasn't true because cheapfucks.
So... do you pay another 50+ bucks to visit your parents, or drive for 2+ days?
