The Trump admin wants to impose a $70,000 fee on intl researchers who succeeded in US PhD programs nd want to stay in the US for their first research job. Nearly all will take their talents elsewhere, to our great loss.

You understand that election diffraction is still a very challenging field when you see a screwed up structure from a world-leading group… Also, I will repeat again, reading your checkcif report is useful, even in ED case.
