Thinking more about my #GeorgeChevySaga, and I can't get past one thing. They admitted they rotated my tires on visit #1, then rotated them back to their original positions on visit #2. On the surface, it's just incompetence. But what if it's not?

Update on the #GeorgeChevySaga: The service manager from George Chevrolet has replied.

It starts with a soft "I apologize for the inconvenience" and then a lengthy explanation trying to justify their actions, claiming tire balancing isn't part of the free service.

Visit #1 Fallout: After 3 hours, I get my car back. Over the next few days, I notice a bad vibration. They rotated the tires but didn't balance them. Oh, and they didn't bother giving my EV a courtesy charge. Not a great first impression.
