Choristers gathering in Edinburgh ahead of this evening’s performance at Greyfriars Kirk in Edinburgh… #ChichesterPsalms ❤️🎶

The last time we performed #Bernstein’s #ChichesterPsalms was back in 2018 for #BBCRadio3 to celebrate the composer's centenary. Eight years is a long time to wait to sing this wonderful work - a favourite of so many - again. Come and listen at our concert on 5th July

A much underrated English Cathedral I think. Stuffed full of artistic gems by #Sutherland, #Piper, #Chagall et al. And #LeonardBernstein’s #ChichesterPsalms were written for it and first performed there. Lovely stuff. And every so often peregrine falcons nest on the roof. Really. Enjoy.

Chorus Director, Stephen Doughty, working with some of the Chorus soloists for our performances in March of the #bernstein #chichesterpsalms ❤️🎶🙌🏼 Here with our wonderful colleagues, accompanist Ed Cohen and Vocal Coach, Polly Beck🙏🏼
