Got abit of good news today, it fortunately hasnt spread but he will be goin into surgery to get at least half his stomach removed along with some of the intestine next week 🥲 hopefully it goes smoothly...

2025 decided to give our family one last "fuck you" for the year
My youngest brother was diagnosed with stomach cancer
The news hasnt left my mind
We havent fully processed it n as the oldest whos always protected her siblings,for the first time I cant n feel like i failed
