I'm excited about the asian pear varieties because the Hamese, Shinseiki and Chojuro trees should keep us going with fruit from mid-August through mid-September >:3c

Asian pears. Think this variety is 'Chojuro.' Very delicious. The tree bore heavily this year. We'll start tasting them no earlier than late August. #Garden2025
