Zarpa (Balam)🐆 and Fauces (Cipactli)🐊
Our crocodile fella is Zarpa's rival. However, he often ends up teaming against bigger threats .
Having so much fun designing them and adding more into their world! ✨

With the power of the deity, Cipactli, Fauces can control earth to his will at long and short distant combat. 🐊🪨
He is Zarpa's rival on the ring, but when a bigger threat appears, they will team up to defeat it.💪

Big and proud, the crocodilian part sea monster, the one and only Cipactli standing wide open and noursishing the land down below.
I had fun with this freeform designing, took many inspiration from Aztec and specificly from the Cipactli.

Mexica carved images meant to remain unseen! This is Tlaltecuhtli, the living Earth itself. His body forms the ground beneath our feet, and here he appears with the head of Cipactli. These Images were part of monuments, facing the earth. They were made for Tlaltecuhtli to see, not for human eyes.

- Cipactli was worshipped by a cult in ancient Mesoamerica. Their bloodline leads to Marcus, much to the caiman's disappointment.
- Cipactli needs human blood to provide Marcus his power. Marcus provides the blood of villains. Cipactli makes do, but is often hangry.
- Cipactli likes TV.
