I think Leor Sapir is genuinely an evil sociopath. His entire mission is to drive up suicides of trans people through policy and then run cover by attacking the evidence of it.

He boosts this insane "nocebo effect" bullshit that seeks to blame trans people and their allies for suicides. It's DARVO.
