Our #CivicTech Volunteers experience this SAME problem when trying to track the details of all of the individual #AffordableHousing deals (eg. Section-37, Incentive Deals, Employment Land Conversions, etc) that have been “haggled” via #CityPlanTO & #TorontoCouncil since 1998..?💾
It's crazy that Los Angeles doesn't have a public database of affordable housing
Over 70% of apartment buildings built in LA since 2020 have at least one deed-restricted affordable unit
Are these units being rented out to low-income tenants? There's no way of knowing.
