These men, being held for life, for no discernable reason other than that El Salvador has been paid 6 million dollars to hold them is internationaltrafficking which is agaist international law. We need a writ from theICC indicting the criminals responsible so that a Coalition of the Willingcan attempt to negotiate their release to a neutral countrty or by dint offorce if that becomes necessary. This travesty is an affront to the civilizedworld.
