Today’s #TinyJoys: I got my rotting carcass out of bed, showered the rotting carcass, did a couple of loads of laundry, haven’t folded it all up but it’s done, eaten a proper meal and I’ve washed my sheets for a #CleanSheetsNight.

Shit. This #LongCOVID / #RheumatoidArthritis combo is absolutely F-wording frustrating! Have just unpacked my grocery delivery and my hands are shaking and I feel like I’ve just gone and run around the block a few times. Got to take a rest now to get the energy up to put the clothes in the dryer.
