If in 2025 your only #ClimatePlan is #MorePipelines & outlawing #CleanEnergy, this is your policy. The #PipelinePremiers needs to be held to account by our media & their constituents. So far they're not. At all.

Rows of refrigerated trucks, commandeered from the Taste of Chicago, to store the dead. Police wagons lined up outside the city morgue, dropping off only to leave and retrieve many more. A mayor openly disrupted the unflattering mortality numbers coming from the Cook County medical examiner.
Chicago doesn’t remember one of its worst disasters, and there are few memorials to this day
The closest thing we have to a memorial for people who died from the heat is not even in Chicago. It’s the headstone of the mass grave in Homewood.
