If you tend to have seasonal depression, please get your vitamin d levels checked. My partner and I both have really low vitamin d. People with more melanin especially are at risk. Labs are about 20$ here. It may be different depending where you are

I watched a small swarm of starlings fly into the cloud, one of them swinging wide and low underneath the mist. It carried on over the rooftops, but the rest of the swarm never emerged from the cloudcover. A few minutes later it broke up into mist and drifted away

Yesterday’s morning visit to the shore, about 20 minutes b4 the sun rose. I love waking up to the dark, meeting the day light later as I arrive on shore.
After the weekend when the clocks go back, I’ll miss these quiet sunrise moments on the lake. It’s less intimate in full daylight, busier too.

Friends from San Fransisco are in town for a convention, so we took them out to brunch. Caught up on the friendship, politics, our families, home & hobbies. The food & drinks were fab as was the weather. After, spouse & I watched today’s F1 race replay. All in all a good day.

This includes ANCIENT ELVES LIVING IN THE SKY who are hiding behind cloudcover in modern.

Castrovel Inspirational Pic of the Week
Maxfield Parrish

A thought: #Castrovel isn't called the Green due to its rain forests. Instead, the green radiance it shows in Golarion's sky is due to heavy cloudcover...

Bin Wang et al. systematically evaluated how #aerosols affect #treegrowth and how these effects are regulated by #cloudcover, #treesize, and #species.
