A fluid art Shelee bloom I did a few years ago for a contest that ColourArte was hosting on Facebook. The chosen palette was sunflower-esque (shades of yellow, orange, green, and brown). I also added copper as one of the cell activators. The other was Van Dyke brown. A collage of two pictures: the one on the left is the paints I used for my contest entry seen in the other photo, and the one on the right is the example photo ColourArte used as a reference.

I recently spent some time in the paint room mixing new medium recipes to try with the dry paints I use (ColourArte Primary Elements). I couldn't end the night without painting too so I bloomed a few quick ornaments 😜.

Thank you! One of the things I use in my paintings is a type of dry paint from ColourArte, and my last order contained a bonus color (a bright olive green) I hadn't used yet. So I chose a color palette I thought it would look good with 😁.

The colors I used were the required palette for a fun contest in the ColourArte FB group a few years back. (Sidenote, if you've never heard of ColourArte dry paints, you should definitely check them out 😄!) This was the first time I really worked with the color yellow (meaning I did more than ⬇️
